Chai Biscuits

Some things just belong together. Chai in one hand, one of these in the other.

Baabu hand-bakes these French-style butter biscuits with toasted fennel seeds and flaky sea salt. Buttery, crunchy, made to be dunked — fennel is the classic partner for chai, earthy and a little sweet, and it's what keeps these from tasting like a plain butter cookie.

Baabu's a friend of ours first — we started carrying these because they're the best thing we've found to go with a cup of our own coffee.
