Welcome to Unlisted Coffee. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchases from us. They're written to be readable — but they're still the agreement between you and us, so please read them. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

In these Terms, "Unlisted Coffee," "we," "us," and "our" mean Unlisted Coffee LLC, a small-batch coffee roaster based in Austin, Texas. "You" means you, the person using the site or buying our coffee.

1. Using the site

You may browse, read, and shop the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • use the site in any way that breaks the law or these Terms;
  • copy, scrape, resell, or republish our content without permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the site, its security, or other people's use of it;
  • attempt to access areas of the site you're not authorized to use.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.

2. Our content

The text, designs, photos, logos, brand marks, roast notes, brewing guides, and other material on the site ("Content") belong to Unlisted Coffee or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We share it so you can enjoy and brew better coffee — not so it can be reused commercially. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution; anything beyond that needs our written permission.

3. Products and availability

We roast in small batches and our lineup rotates — coffees come and go, and popular ones sell out. Because of that:

  • Product listings, roast dates, tasting notes, and availability can change at any time and may not always be current.
  • We do our best to describe each coffee accurately, but we don't warrant that descriptions, images, or other Content are complete, error-free, or that on-screen colors exactly match the product.
  • All coffee is a food product. Roast levels, flavor notes, and caffeine content are descriptive, not guarantees. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please reach out before ordering — our coffees are processed and packed in a facility that also handles other foods.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may limit or cancel quantities — including after an order is placed — for reasons such as pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you.
  • You can check out as a guest; we don't require an account.
  • Payment is handled by our payment providers (including Shopify and the card and wallet networks shown at checkout). By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.
  • You're responsible for any applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout where required.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

How and where we ship is covered in our Shipping Policy, and how we handle damaged, wrong, or defective orders is covered in our Refund Policy. Those policies are part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use and accounts

If we ever offer accounts or subscriptions, you're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it. You agree to give accurate information and to keep it up to date.

7. Third-party links and services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example, payment, shipping, email, and analytics providers). We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of their services is governed by their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unlisted Coffee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Unlisted Coffee harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
