Baabu small-batch roasts organic pecans in New Jersey, glazes them in maple syrup, and fires them up with Kashmiri red chili and chaat masala. Bold, layered, and genuinely hard to stop eating — pairs with chai, holds up next to a dark roast, disappears fast either way.
